Booking Process

Before you make a booking, we are glad to discuss the details of your event with you and any special arrangments you require. We are more than happy to talk to you about the music you would like and will even take playlists to guide us through the night if your tastes are very particular.

To confirm your booking we send you a booking form, once this is completed and sent back to us we are then contracted to perform at your event. Some DJs may overbook themselves and offer no contracts often resulting in your event being a disaster. We are different and realise how important it is for there to be a legal agreement between us.

Once booked we are happy to talk to you at any time about your booking, you can contact us via email, phone or we can even arrange a meeting in person to discuss any final arrangements. We'll also post you a feedback form the week after your event to make sure everything was to your satisfaction.

Prices

We deal with each booking uniquley and as such we cannot publish a list of our prices. We take into account the size of the venue and the number of people at your event. A bigger venue and more people requires a larger sound system to provide a quality sound throughout the room and avoid distortion.

Your quote will also depend on the playing times. Most evening events we perform for at least 4 - 5 hours, however we are avaliable to provide music and PA throughout the day for all day wedding receptions, conferences and similar events.

Our fees also depend on the time of year, with May - September and December being our peak times. We also offer a few additional services, that you can add to any event booked with us.
