Weddings in Warwickshire
Your wedding is probably the most important day of your life and
it goes without saying that it should be a great day! Your entertainment
can be one of the most important features of the day. Your guests
will easily forget, for example, a bad venue but bad entertainment
can make the night a disaster, and memorable for the wrong reasons.
Each year Revolution Discos speak with many couples and as such
know how stressful planning the big day can be. We beleive in going
the extra mile to guarantee your reception is a complete sucess,
rather than simply turning up on the day and playing music.

Before booking with us we are happy to speak to you about your
entertainment needs and discuss your exact requirements in as much
detail as you require. It can be very hard to choose the right DJ,
with so many out there, so please ask as many questions as possible
to ensure you get the best person for the job!
When you book us for your wedding we are always avaliable to speak
to you about any arrangments right up until the day itself. Distance
permitting, we'll also visit the venue you have chosen so that we
know how early to arrive to set up and don't have any suprises when
it comes to your reception. We're also happy to liase with other
entertainment and service providers you may have booked. All this
helps to make your day run as smooth as possible and leave you with
one less thing to worry about!

We always play the music you and your guests would like to hear based
on our experience of playing at many 100s of events and your input
prior to the big day - which can be as much, or as little as you'd
like!
Should your tastes be quite paticular, we also offer to take playlists
to use as a guide for the night. We also encourage and play requests
on the night itself - and can announce special dedications and messages.
Our DJs are experienced at reading a crowd and can make decisions
on what to play to keep the party alive but also appreciate that
weddings are an occasion where friends and family like to catch
up. As such we'll usually provide subtle background music early
in the night or even during your wedding breakfast, if required,
before getting the party started.

| We guarantee to get hold of the track you'd like
as your first dance, as well as any other special requests you may
have, if we do not already have them. We are happy to make announcements
throughout the night and communicate with the crowd to create a
good atmosphere. Of course, we also know when to keep quiet and
we do not provide DJs who talk all through the night over the top
of your favourite songs.
It is also worth mentioning that at all our events we use modern,
clean looking equipment that will not detract from the atmosphere
of the venue. Our DJs also take pride in their apperance and dress
smartly, usually in a suit and tie. We never wear jeans or trainers!

| So Why Book Us?
- Revolution Discos is owned and run by Daniel Essex,
an experienced full-time DJ playing at over 100 events
every year (More information
about me), if I'm not avaliable personally on your reception
date, I have a team of fully vetted, professional associate DJs
commited to delivering the same level of performance.
- This same network of DJs means that there is always a backup
plan in place, should I be unable to attend due to circumstances
beyond my control.
- I take an active role in the DJ & entertainment industry
and am a proud member of both The
National Association of DJs and the Wedding
DJ Association. Both associations enforce a code of conduct,
ensuring I'm fully professional in all aspects of my business
and performance. My involment also keeps me up to date with advancments
in technology and helps me constantly improve, and bring fresh
ideas to my performance.
- I'm always on the end of a phone - as I operate
a full time company, I can be reached either in the office or
on my mobile, at any time should you have any questions. We're
also always able answer emails quickly and efficiently.
- As a professional company, we take our health and safety
responsibilities seriously, which is why we hold Public
Liability Insurance to the value of £10 Million,
and all equipment is tested annually for electrical safety (Portable
Appliance Testing, or PAT for short)
- We use professional top grade equipment and continually invest
in our shows - this ensures you and your guests are provided with
the best sound quality, stunning lighting, and
that break downs are highly unlikely. In the rare case that something
does go wrong, your DJ will always have a backup.
- We've worked in some of the top venues across the region and
throughout the UK (See our venue list.),
as such we take great pride in our presentation. This is why your
DJ will always use tidy, modern equipment with cables out of view
(View our photo gallery.) They'll
also be dressed smartly, usually in suit and tie, although please
ask if you require black tie attire.
- We're able to setup earlier in the day, to work around your
plans and offer a range of additional services should you require
them (see below).
- We can meet with you before the big day, to
discuss your exact requirements, including the music you would
like, in more detail.

| Additional Services
As a full time company, as well as the evening entertainment, we're
able to offer many worthwhile options for other parts of your special
day.
- Ceremony music
Using a subtle PA system and your complete choice of
music, we can add that personal touch to your ceremony.
- Wedding Breakfast Background Music
By either setting up our main equipment early, or with
a seperate subtle PA system, we can provide your choice of music,
or just a general mixture of soft easy listening and acoustic
music, whilst your guests enjoy the Wedding breakfast.
- PA for Speeches
We can provide wireless microphones (either hand held,
or clip-on lapel microphones) and PA for your speeches. This is
often a necessity for large function rooms, or marquees.
- Venue & Marquee Uplighting
Using the latest in LED technology we can surround your
venue, or marquee with colours hand picked by you from a range
of 1000s of shades! The ideal choice to complement your colour
scheme, and bring your venue to life!

- Wedding Starcloth Backdrop
Avaliable in either black, or ivory, a star cloth backdrop is
the ideal way to hide any unsightly walls or sections of your
venue, or provide a great backdrop for your DJ or band. If you're
having a civil ceremony at your chosen venue, the ivory backdrop
can be used to great effect and will look fantastic in your wedding
photos!

- Chocolate Fountain
Through strong relationships with a number local businesses we're
now able to provide a chocolate fountain for your wedding day.
We'll provide an elegant four foot high, 5 tiered chocolate fountain,
lit up by an eye-catching colourful surround, with only the finest
Belgian chocolate and choice of dips!
